Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We have all of our staff who regularly use a computer as a part of their job function complete Infosec training once a year. As a public school, we want to reduce our exposure to Phishing, Ransomware, and such. We also want to help our staff not fall victim at home. We also deal with a LOT of PII and we need to remind staff that it needs to be protected.
- Brief and to the point
- Engaging graphics
- Just enough questions to check on learning
- Easy to use on the "Back End" with adding new users and scheduling trainings
- When re-sending a training invitation or checking on a staff member's progress, you must open the campaign, then click on the Information Icon. This is kind of cryptic.
- The staff stays on their toes when an email looks Phishy. They do not want me to see their name on the naughty list if they fall for our simulation.
- Because it is quick and to the point, staff does not rebel at the thought of "another" mandate.
