Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We use Infosec IQ internally, and we also implement training for our clients to keep them educated on cyber security. Infosec IQ has a lot more content and training than any other provider we know. Their content is great, and we also love all the support and content they give our marketing team.
- Phishing simulation reporting accuracy
- Relevant test questions to learning modules
- Able to customize training module questions
- Able to customize phishing emails as well
- It would be great if we could get a report at the end of the beginning of each month with all our seat counts per group, this would be helpful when billing clients.

- We have increased CSAT training revenue by 50%, it is very successful.
Webroot also has their own CSAT platform. We were with them before but Infosec IQ is much better and has a lot more content, it is cheaper, most importantly it is customizable. For example, if we want to send out a phishing email and customize it so it really looks real, like it is coming from someone in the organization, we can. With Webroot we did not have that customization or flexibility at least 3 years ago when we made the switch.
