i just have the support that comes with my suscription, because it was that made us sense from a financial prospective, but generally we are pleased with the support perfomance through this time with infosec.
once we needed to get an special report for my HR deparment, so we asked help to the support team and be able to satisfy the HR requeriment, i remenber we had to work together to be able to get that custom report as hr requested, and we were able to get it in a perfect time.
