Overall Satisfaction with Infosec Skills

Infosec is being used to mitigate exposure to threats as well as mitigate incidents once they have occurred within our organization. It is everyone's job to exercise InfoSec regardless of daily operations. At a high level, this addresses return on investment, at a lower level it addresses phished users, mitigates CVEs, etc.
  • Articulate and paint a picture.
  • Connect the dots for users of all skill levels.
  • Customer support, Infosec has done exactly what it said it would.
  • The graphical user experience could be a little bit friendlier.
  • New Skills (CISSP)
  • Increase return on investment or ROI with the new skills I was able to obtain
Infosec was really the first product I came across that seemed legit, so I selected Infosec. Since then I've had the opportunity to use several different products, while I won't say Infosec Skills stands out from competitors I will say it defiantly did what I needed it to do for myself and the rest of my team at the time. My advice to anyone would be to conduct a little research on the certification assurance refund option they offer, which in itself was worth it for myself and my team.
I have been able to leverage cybersecurity training content specific to a particular role in the organization, and have also had the opportunuity to freelance per say. I'd have to say the benefit of having specialized content is that there is less room for confusion and a lesser chance of spending in an illegitimate manner.
The hands-on cyber ranges and projects were useful at first with developing relevant on-the-job skills, however, I found after a little while the ranges were a little redundant.
My specific use case was to get my money back in the scenario I failed a test, I did on one occasion and Infosec did do exactly what they had advertised.
Increase and grow knowledge, for users of all skill levels. Does seem just a little cookie cutter for users of advanced knowledge.
