Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

We use Infuse media for our lead generation campaigns across multiple clients. Infuse Media help our clients with generating high quality leads. We have leveraged single touch, double touch and deep funnel nurture strategies. Infuse Media has always provided us great value.

  • Efficient service/Delivery
  • Infuse has always been on top in terms of service; so no feedback at least on a service level.
  • Positive: Always provided great value add. Eg. best CPL vs other CS partner that allowed higher quantity of leads.
  • Negative (Specific to one client): Results have not been strong vs other partners in terms of driving MQLs and pipeline/revenue

Infuse has always provided the best service and delivery. Always provided great value adds for our client campaigns. The reason for 8 is because we have seen different feedback from different client. We mainly leverage Infuse for the lead generation offering. While the quality of lead delivery has worked for one client, it has not worked for other. Would be keen to discuss how to make the positive impact consistent.
