The INFUSEmedia team is highly responsive, typically replying to any messages within an hour - If they need additional time to confirm an answer or pull together requested collateral, they are communicative in the meantime, confirming receipt and/or feasible timeline for delivery. After providing answers or materials, they're consistent in following up to check in to see if additional support is needed.

On the whole response times do tend to be good, however as mentioned previously in some cases initial briefs aren't responded to for over a day so a confirmation of receipt would be great!

While I've worked with Infuse across several clients, their response rate and quality of help and problem-solving needed to work with a particularly complex client were invaluable. The team always answers within 1-3 hours with very clear responses to our questions, no matter how granular it is. While creative approvals took a long time, Infuse was there to help every step of the way to try to make it easier for our agency team to make changes and edits in record turnaround times (less than 12-24hrs) and keep things moving. In frustrating moments for both of our teams, they have maintained positivity and professionalism with a solution-oriented mindset.

Customer service is excellent. Good follow through on all discussions and questions all the way from my initial meeting to the point where we were in campaign execution. Documentation provided was accurate based on details we discussed. Very easy to work with and there was a seamless transition from the INFUSEmedia salesperson to the account program manager. They also followed up with me throughout the campaign, provided meaningful updates, clearly labeled batches of leads in an organized gdrive folder and then also followed up with me after the campaign with a campaign summary and an offer to review the campaign results.

The team is cohesive and efficient. Everyone at INFUSEmedia is happy to help and support regardless of our account owner to resolve any new queries or issues that may arise. The communication is second to none and we don't have a long wait before we receive a response to last minute requests, which is imperative in the ever changing atmosphere of agency.

The team is very helpful and supportive, even in difficult situations. There were multiple occasions where we could hop on impromptu calls to quickly discuss challenges and problem solve. I feel very comfortable to reach out to the team to discuss solutions.
