Also the automation makes it easy for our sales manager to have their leads scheduled based on their availability.

- API growing integration. A lot of developers are already involved in API so there are a lot of available new softwares that can interact to accomplish your desired outcoes such as appoinment score for appointments, Zapier, etc.
- Customer support 24 hours availability which is very handy when you are having problems or there is something you didn't know and you want to track for your campaign what the cause is of an unexpected result. There is some kinda loophole check.
- Task management and notes. If they could copy the process of foldered or creation of tasks with a subtask and reassign the users that it also shows history.
