Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks

Our business development reps are currently utilizing Playbooks through InsideSales to help them prospect their accounts more effectively. Ultimately, the tool has provided a better and more efficient process for our sales reps. For example, on day two of rollout, one of our reps completed 118 touches vs. their standard 50!
  • The depth of touches on accounts - reps are able to hit multiple touches per account vs. just 1 per account.
  • Ease of use - the tool has integrated seamlessly into Salesforce and the reps' day to day processes.
  • Integration with Salesforce - InsideSales.com developed Playbooks as a Chrome extension allow users to experience quick and agile updates.
  • Importing reports from SF into Playbooks.
  • Improved email tracking functionality - the feature functionality could be improved to match other email competitors.
  • Better admin and onboarding experience for admins - this process has been clunky and needs to be refined. For an admin that has to manage this for more than 50 users it will be extremely bulky. We will be pushing significantly more users than 50 and are running into trouble with the organization of the admin functions.
  • Increase in overall contracts closed
  • Better standardization among reps
  • Easier onboarding for new sales reps
Extension is awesome, but need the ability to make is smaller and improve side by side mode. Doesn't push over everything cleanly.

Playbooks is useful for reps that need to increase their activity and need help organizing their day to day.

This tool is not ideal for a field sales team but is great for a high volume sales team. This tool will be extremely beneficial for new hires to ease the onboarding process. Additionally, for reps that are struggling with a process, this tool will help organize their day.
