Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks

Playbooks is an organizational tool that we are using to help both call and email cadence. It improves overall organization with the reps and it makes it harder to lose track of accounts. It is a great way to plan your day, and it takes out a lot of the busy work from our job.
  • Organization with day to day tasks
  • Time Efficiency- there is a very clear next step
  • Easy to navigate
  • Hard to implement at first, but once you are on track with the cadence it is seamless.
  • Random glitches sometimes but refreshing it usually makes that go away
  • I have had some issues with email templates not auto filling with the business name and contact name
  • Reaching the decision maker quicker
  • Improving organization
I think overall Playbooks is a great tool. There are a few glitches that I think need to be worked out, like uploading email templates but I think Playbooks is very easy to adapt to.
Playbooks is a great tool for any sales team. It helps keep everyone on task and reach the decision maker faster.
