- The refresh and load rate is a bit slow.
- Predictive text is missing from some redundant activities.
- Updating information for prospect can be a bit slow to refresh to the account as well.
- It is a bit early to tell but it seems to increase efficiency well.
- It also seems to prevent accounts form falling through the cracks.
This is the first product I have evaluated. But it still is one of the best I have ever used.
