Playbooks helps us to establish a comprehensive contact cadence when engaging new prospects. With our large volume of prospects it helps us to efficiently contact them and not lose high value accounts.
  • Gives a clear next step, such as an email versus a call to a potential client.
  • It helps to track productivity and maintain a high level of engagement.
  • Convenient tools are found all in one central location.
  • The refresh and load rate is a bit slow.
  • Predictive text is missing from some redundant activities.
  • Updating information for prospect can be a bit slow to refresh to the account as well.
  • It is a bit early to tell but it seems to increase efficiency well.
  • It also seems to prevent accounts form falling through the cracks.
It is very user-friendly with clear icons and menus.
This is the first product I have evaluated. But it still is one of the best I have ever used.
It really helps have a clear guide to daily activities improving efficient account management.
