Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insighty is a great product, we use it across all sides of the business as our main CRM. Great sales tool, and our tech guys use it to sort customers into groups based on client technical platforms.
- Easy to use.
- Mobile app is excellent.
- Free version does a lot.
- Ability to sort clients would be better - its very sales focused and we use it other things as well, like customer groups, locations etc search would be good.
- Very positive impact, easy to bulk upload leads and track who is looking after what customer.
