We love Insightly and its user friendly interface. We haven't found anything we haven't liked yet! We would recommend Insightly to any organization that wants to manage leads, use crm, have a good hold on their pipeline, etc. It's a one stop CRM that makes life easier for our Organization.

The App Connect feature is a game changer for us. It opened up so many options for how we could make things happen across different applications.

Insightly is very well suited to track steps in a particular process. It is also very easy to connect contacts, organizations, requests, and projects. It is great for storing data in a way that is easily referenced. It is a helpful tool for facilitating team collaboration. The connectivity to our website forms is also very useful. It is less appropriate for tracking financials as far as invoicing and payments.

Insightly can be customized to hit on several business objectives even outside of the standard CRM tool. Operations and departments can create custom objects to better automate processes/communication internally. This would allow for data driven insight and reportable numbers via reports or dashboards.

While Insightly does offer a basic projects standard object, it needs some enhancing when it comes to managing larger projects.

Pros: Task list is easily managed, layout is easy to learn, opps and contacts connect effortlessly, can be used on cell, can add attachments to opps for future use.
Cons: Note details are not easily accessible, cell phone app is not very user friendly, not enough personalization, can’t change much on the personal preferences

Insightly just about checks all the boxes for what we need to manage our small group sales. It allows us to work the small group opportunities that come in as well as manage the groups once they are actually sold. Having a database that can be completely customizable allows us to pull reports on just about any data points that we want. We can also set automated tasks such as a reminder to check in with a sold group a month into the sale to ensure we are providing great service. Everything is very well connected.

At a previous company, I implemented a well known CRM that had all the bells & whistles and a huge costs. While impressed, I soon realized We would never need everything and it was a complete oversell. However when looking for a CRM this time I was so impressed that Insightly had exactly what we needed at an affordable cost.

It is great for classic CRM and service ticketing. It does not seem to include AI driven pipeline management. The graphic user interface does appear quite basic, but I don’t mind that so much. I do think the code and potential for what can be built in insightly is very high, and overall I rate it as a robust CRM that is comparable to other top softwares of this type.

While there are a few things I would improve in the Health Care Providers database capabilities, overall it is extremely helpful in keeping a record of all providers so we can easily access them and add them to the order. This increases productivity by making it easier to verify eligibility, to ensure the breast pump the customer order will be covered under their insurance plan.

If you are looking for a platform which allows you to be able to create your own modules based off of your business case, Insightly provides great functionality and capabilities within the platform. We have been able to create several sections, called custom objects, which allow us to tailor processes based off of our business functions.

It may not be well suited to individuals who want to have a built out of the box or module based CRM system. Unless you purchase additional modules, you may have to be creative in finding solutions within the limitations of the Professional level. Many of the features we would look for are available at the Enterprise level, but the cost is prohibitive.

Insightly is a useful marketing tool, especially to a more traditional sales organization. It wasn't quite geared to a school admissions office -- perhaps more professional than we need in a heavy face-to-face industry. Insightly would be very useful in a larger organization as, although we have more than 50 employees in our school, only 7 employees used Insightly - it was very specific just to admissions and marketing.

I find it hard to find too many issues with Insightly. Honestly it just works, I've never had any gripes with the interface other than visual appearance of the interface. That largely comes down to personal preference, so I can't really fault them for that. It's very straightforward, not overly complicated, and simple to use.

I believe Insightly is a great CRM and marketing automation tool for most start-ups and smaller companies that are not yet ready to invest in more expensive solutions. It's fairly self-serve, so we can manage it ourselves rather than relying on outside implementation support

Insightly is useful for simplicity and sales cycles and functions. If you are looking for a great CRM for a small company or for a company that is newer, Insightly is your “go to guy.” But if you have a bunch of customizations or a large company you might want something more suited for larger orgs.

Insightly works well for long term use, to maintain records, conversations and schedule tasks. It it reassuring to know all data is stored and backed up. It is extremely valuable to our sales team as well as our production team. I also love how it connects information to the web on additional information on media contact that we have entered, allowing us to easily look more information.
