- The auto-fill function in Opportunities often does not pull information from the linked Contact
- There are often issues with LinkMatch when adding a prospect from LinkedIn - I will add certain information from the LinkMatch extension on a prospect's LinkedIn page, save it, and then open it in Insightly to find that the information did not save and needs to be added manually.

- In my opinion, CRM innovation has been near non-existing for many years, preferring to spend their efforts in other business lines such as a marketing platform
- Two-factor authentication only available at the entreprise level. Enough of a reason on its own to seek alternatives.
