It is a powerful CRM platform, used for project handling and managing customer relationships to track leads and view their insights.

We have implemented it in order to get the analysis of what is going on in our company. So that we can improve our communications with the customer. Also to streamline the sales process, so that we can get the timely updates about the deal or campaign progress.

Also we sometime use it to send our emails to the customers so that they will be aware about our offers.

Insightly is a game changer!

Insightly helps us manage our clients from start to finish. Beginning with our sales process, linking to QuickBooks for invoicing and managing the project to completion.

We use Insightly to manage our outreach, communication, and sales with both current clients and prospective clients. As an account manager, it helps me stay organized with all of my ongoing conversations with current and prospective clients, allows me to pull and access data easily, and strategize for future communication and sales.

Used exclusively as our business CRM. We use it to retain key data points about our clients and prospects. Additionally, we use it to record a history of completed tasks, actions and communication (primarily email).

We use Insightly to stay on top of partners/potential partners. It makes it easy to keep our contacts up to date, status of the account, etc. Tasks allow us to easily keep track of key check ins and milestones. We used CRMs in the past that were overly complicated and typically lead to headaches.
