Overall Satisfaction with Insperity

We use Insperity for pre-employment testing and promotional moves within the company to check skills for new or current employees who want to make a change.

Pros

  • System is easy to use
  • Have tools that can be sent to managers so that they can choose the testing that works best for their position.
  • Easy to deal with.

Cons

  • We honestly don't see anything that needs a change at this point.
  • It has helped us avoid bad hires.
Insperity makes it easy for us to administer these tests and if we have ever had issues, they take care of it and let us use the product without so much of a hand holding experience.
Yes! Doing these pre-employment tests can help us determine who we want to interview and also gives us questions to ask during the interview process to help us determine if the testing result are accurate.

We can test as many people as we want for the same price each year. We don't have to worry about going over our limit. The testing is accurate and provides a good indicator of how someone will perform in the role. The test results are easy for both HR professionals and managers to understand.
