Overall Satisfaction with Insync Healthcare Solutions
InSync Healthcare Solutions was chosen to replace an EHR that we weren't quite happy with. The web-based version was better than the built-in one that we had before, the customer service was so much better in that one too. Not only were the tickets answered quickly, but also knowledgeably and I could also depend on the full support team instead of just one or two people who knew how to address issues. On top of that, the care and thoroughness during the last 2 years of merging new companies into ours was amazing. It may not have all gone exactly as planned, but InSync Healthcare Solutions was able to adapt to the plan as it developed for us and in the end, it did end up working even better than I thought it would. Our main account contacts are phenomenal with open communication, transparency, roadmap, release documentation, and suggested enhancements to the system for our needs.
