Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
Finance and accounting are using Intacct only. We are planning to roll it out to our executive committee members. I love the Revenue Recognition module. I no longer need to keep track of spreadsheets, our month end close is much faster, in matters of days we are done.
- Accurate information at your fingertips.
- Revenue Recognition module is very helpful.
- JE posting is easy.
- Balance sheet may be out of balance - this is due to missing departments in accounts - if it's required, it should be flagged and reminded to put in a department.
- Order entry should be able to edit after confirming.
- When setting up customers initially, there should be a default term - we converted, were not told, and now I had to deal with it. Invoices generated had no terms.
- It's more costly than our previous software.
- I can use it anywhere, on any device.
