We use Intercom to handle all of our incoming customer inquires post sale. This includes chat, email, and social channels. We use AI features to help us scale our systems with the Intercom Fin AI now accounting for 55% of our resolutions with a 96% CSAT score. We also the workflows to assist delivering drip content to our uses while in app and as well as company announcements.

Cons
- The overall pricing structure can be confusing
- Recently Intercom FIN AI has allowed us to scale our support team by seeing AI handle to workload of 6 human agents. As our Sales team has set records in new sales the support team has been able to scale because of this.
We have Intercom connected to Stripe, Hubspot, Slack, Planhat, and even our main data warehouse for some internal data analytics.
Noone has been able to standup to the level of service and product that Intercom gives us.
