Overall Satisfaction with InterSystems IRIS
We use InterSystems IRIS on all our IT worldwide installations across several departments. Currently used as our Healcare DB in our diagnostics laboratory installations. It serves as a communication hub and lab monitoring to communicate with all the other equipment including laboratory analyzers, other middleware, hospital IT solutions, lab IT solutions and several other hosts.

- Negative large breaking changes between versions
- InterSystems Caché and InterSystems Ensemble
New docker system is really good, performance improves at the cost of some breaking changes.
