Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ion interactive is being utilized across our company (different departments) but is generally used by designers and content writers. ion interactive allows us to produce interactive content without getting a developer involved.

Pros and Cons

Provides various templates to build interactive content from without the need of a developer
Provides a variety of ways to display interactive content whether its infographics or quizzes etc.
Customer service is awesome. The Ion team is super helpful, friendly and have quick turn-around times.

Undoing is a bit difficult.
It can be buggy at times, when dragging in divs, and replacing images.

ion interactive is better suited within a larger company that can afford the cost. It is suited for companies that are focused on marketing content and want to provide the content in fun, interactive ways. There is no limit to how ion interactive could be utilized as far as target markets. Any company could easily use this tool for marketing (internal and external) and informational purposes.
