Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses ion interactive to build customized web links that we use to present customized itineraries to our clients. This is used primarily by my department, and not by other departments as far as I am aware. It presents a way for us to provide personalized service to our clients, making them more likely to book with us and share the details with their friends and family.

Pros and Cons

Very user friendly, and easy to learn.
Consistently reliable template with minimal issues.

Occasionally when creating a new website, the functionality of certain features can be quite slow to load.

ion interative helps me close sales since I can clearly and professionally present tour quotes, and turn around a higher volume of web links.

I was not involved in the selection process for ion interactive, however I am happy with the service.

Based on my personal experience, ion interactive is great if you need to create a quick and simple website on the fly as a means to support a presentation. It is consistent and easy to use, and great as a basic marketing tool. The websites I create using ion interactive are nothing fancy, but I appreciate how quickly I can get them turned around.
