Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive

We use ion to create eNewsletters and microsites for our clients. The design department is the only users. It resolves the need for quick turn around and some analytics.

Pros

  • Templates that are available to use.
  • Ease of uploading items for use.
  • Navigating through the build.

Cons

  • Gather reports for our clients on the analytics.
  • Cannot make PDFs of the creative performance.
  • Overall analytics needs to be improved because our clients are asking for more details that just summaries.
  • Happy and returning clients asking for more.
  • Disappointing analytic gathering and publishing.
Creating a microsite in a day for client that had a tradeshow they want people to go to for gathering email addresses.
