Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite

We utilize iSpring Suite to create trainings for attorneys and new employees to ensure that they are up to date on the new processes for the courts, and each department that the employee may be involved in. The quizzes are utilized for confirmation of the content and recap for what was explained in the training course.

Pros

  • ease of use
  • flawless integration within powerpoint
  • characters and library of clips makes it an easy resource

Cons

  • easier function to block users from jumping ahead in videos
  • allowed us to have central training for users
very easy to use and create all training material. the use of the library and resources allow it to be personalized and functional to topic at hand.
