Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite


We use iSpring Suite to create a variety of e-learning courses to an external LMS system. There were some bespoke courses that we wanted to create for the organisation. We were looking for a cost effective solution and a system that was easy to navigate for a first time creator of e-learning courses, we have found the system has exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the purchase for the business.

Pros

  • Text to speech functionality

Cons

  • Understanding about the slide player functionality
  • Expanded our library of courses to better equip our staff in the field
  • Created a robust business efficiency course for franchise business owners to drive costs savings within their organisations
It is really straightforward to use, I used the training videos and navigated myself round the system, I find it very intuitive , the couple of queries that I have had have been answered by the support team within an hour.

I have personally found the software to be easy to navigate and for a first time creator of e-learning courses the system has exceeded my expectations. Everytime I use the system I discover another helpful feature. It has enabled me to do everything that I set out to achieve and I cannot think of any element of the system that is not beneficial to me.
