Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite
We use iSpring Suite to create short courses or credentials for our clients. We use it primarily for clients who do not have access to a LMS platform and want an HTMLt file to upload to their website, need a SCORM package or have a limited budget for custom course creation.
Pros
- Integrates with an existing product (powerpoint) so the learning curve is not steep
- Great customer support
- Easy file export
Cons
- Greater flexibility in the design settings, particularly in the interactive exercises
- More user friendly/intuitive in terms of finding settings.
- More variety in the interactive exercise options
- It has allowed us to provide more cost-effective solutions to clients who do not have an LMS
- It has allowed us to integrate PowerPoint's capabilities into our courses
We find Adobe Captivate looks outdated, is clunky, has a terrible user interface and is not flexible.
