Overall Satisfaction with iSpring Suite
We use it for our distributor, dealer and internal employees to train them on our products but also HR related subjects are present in the tool.
Pros
- Good customer service
- Delivering an easy tool
- Works without issues
- Lot's of posibilities to bring it in your company lay-out
Cons
- When developing a quiz you cannot go back into the presentation to look up for information to develop a question.
- Better and easier catalog development
- Better knowledge level at dealer level not measurable
- Brings customer satisfaction at the end
- Less downtime for machines in the field
- Overall development from colleagues
Looks more and less the same with the same prossibilities. no big difefrences.
