Pros and Cons

Pros

iSpring's support team is great and is very quick to respond.
Most things are simple to use

Cons

some things are a little bit hard to use
It would be helpful to have more explenation on the buttons when you hover over them

Sometimes I struggle with it but for the most part its great. I think that the error messages need to become more clear. I get an error message but I am unable to solve the error because it is just a generic message and it doesn't actually tell me what the error is.

I reached out to iSpring support recently because it wouldn't let me use text to speech and a kind person named Elly H helped me figure out why it wasnt working and then I was able to keep working!
