Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro
We are using Jamf Pro at our main and satellite campuses for iPad and Mac management. The ease of use helps get our less technical staff up and running quickly. The deployment and enrollment process was simple and as always Jamf support is excellent.
- It has a simple and straightforward user interface.
- Its enrollment process is easy.
- It is easily scalable.
- More accessible training on specific configuration issues.
- Licensing could be more affordable.
- Perhaps more options for management actions.
- I was able to attend a Jamf users conference and be introduced to the huge community that is available to help be solve issues in my environment.
- Unfortunately one downside is the cost of training. I have yet to receive a CCA certification mainly due to the cost.
- The basic fundamental use is easy to teach which helps get new employees up and running faster.
There is no other comprehensive suite for imaging, asset management, MDM etc. Jamf is the only solution for larger environments.
