Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR

Our entire organization uses JazzHR. We love it because it helps our recruiting process remain streamlined and organized. We are able to also keep a steady pipeline of candidates for future job openings with Jazz. Jazz is easy to use and gives good value for the price.
  • Jazz is extremely easy to use and navigate. As the HR Director, I often give hiring managers access and they don't have any questions about how to use the program.
  • Jazz offers a ton of customizable options. I love how we can easily set application questionnaires and customizable email templates.
  • I really like the Jazz homepage. At a quick glance I am easily able to navigate where I need to be.

Prior to Jazz we had our own internal program of sorting resumes and tracking applicants. As our company has grown, we needed a better system. Jazz has definitely served this purpose. In our fast-paced digital environment, programs like Jazz are the perfect solution to make our recruiting process more efficient.
Jazz is very user-friendly and has great reporting features which is important to us. It has played a key role in helping our hiring managers find great talent. For the price, Jazz offers a great value. We particularly like how it saves all resumes in one place and tracks where we received the applications from. This has saved our hiring team so much time.
