Overall Satisfaction with Jenkins

We use it across all the dev org. Maintenance is pretty straight forward and there are so many plugins to choose from. We have about 20-25 build machines that are continuously running jobs. It has so many hooks for svn.
  • Plays well with Linux, Windows and Mac OSX build machines
  • Maintenance - upgrades are pretty simple.
  • Plays well with SVN. Plus so many custom plugins.
  • Support
  • So many bugs
  • Clients constantly keep disconnecting from master
  • No license is required/open source
  • No maintenance agreement
  • You can have and build as many machines as you want. Very easy to manage by your dev ops team.
As mentioned before not the best option out there but since it's open source and it does what you need it for, we can't complain. Plays well with other tools like SVN.
Scheduled build jobs are always easy to run. I don't believe there is a less appropriate way to use Jenkins.
