We have a convention that it's made annually but with the COVID-19 situation they decided to implement a new way to make this happend. And with JivoChat the staff need to stay connected to help the visitors found the information they need, like hour of the talks or where they can buy a book, and others things they need.

Because is a tool that we can easily use and the team learn to use in a little time. It's easy to implement for the team and the necessity of the organization. We only use one meeting to teach others the tools of JivoChat and how to install in their equipment.
