Overall Satisfaction with JivoChat

We use JivoChat to cater to inbound traffic coming to our website which includes new as well as existing customers on real tine basis.
It helps us in providing updates on enquiries raised by prospects and our customers in a blink of an eye without any additional need of a call or an email.

Pros

  • Provides ease of connecting with customers on real time basis
  • Helps us in managing inbound traffic coming to our website
  • Avoids hassle free experience of sharing pics and docs in chat itself
  • Reduces time spent on calls and emails

Cons

  • It should have option to answer recurring questions with AI
  • Option to snooze chat for few minutes
  • It has reduced number of inbound call by a certain percentage
  • Our existing customers can get in touch on real time basis for price and stock enquiries
It is user friendly and has almost all features required in a chat application.
