The key to scaling
Overall Satisfaction with Jobber
When I first started my landscaping company, I wore every hat — CEO, CFO, janitor, laborer, you name it. I was using QuickBooks at the time, and while it worked for some things, it quickly became a huge headache. As a small business owner without the time to dive into every detail of bookkeeping, it just wasn’t cutting it.
That’s when I made the switch to Jobber in the middle of last year — and it’s been a total game changer. Jobber gave me the tools to manage my business efficiently without getting bogged down in the admin work. From scheduling to invoicing to client management, everything became easier, faster, and more organized.
As a landscaper, Jobber didn’t just help me keep up — it helped me grow. It freed up time so I could focus on scaling my business instead of being a slave to it. It’s been one of the best moves I’ve made so far.

Pros
- Scheduling Jobs
- Organizing Leads
- Invoice Reminder
Cons
- Customization when it comes to scheduling
- As a landscape business weather determines our schedule so maybe some room to move things around without having to rewrite everything
- It helps with the organization, which allows me to be able to get back to costumers quicker and securing more jobs.
Very similar set up, easy to use but Jobber allows you to have more freedom. Your are not stuck trying to figure out invoices, and what goes where.
