Overall Satisfaction with Jobber

We are a roofing contractor who uses Jobber daily for CRM, estimates, invoicing, and tracking of jobs.

Pros

  • ease of use
  • scheduling
  • converting from request to quote to job and tracking information along the way

Cons

  • file names for pictures uploaded/downloaded in notes
  • order of pictures being uploaded/download in notes
  • possibly having an option for good better best quote style
  • less jobs being overlooked
  • tracking client receipt of quotes/invoices has been a positive
overall very user friendly.
there are a few things that have to be "worked with" a little - namely pictures/files in internal notes
we haven't used other software like Jobber

We use it daily and it is easy to communicate and keep notes between office personnel and techs in the field. We like being able to track one job with all notes from start to finish in one easy location.
