Overall Satisfaction with Jobber

I use Jobber to basically run my whole company. It’s for my cleaning company. I used to use 3 platforms example Google calendar , Zen maid, and square and MORE. I had a problem that I needed one platform to do it all. Reminders to clients, employee schedules, take payments, and make everything automated. All in one.

Pros

  • Invoicing
  • Reminders
  • Automatic scheduling

Cons

  • mobile app sucks it’s hard to use on the phone. Sometimes I’m on the go and need to work from my phone.
  • I love the quote follow up option. A lot of clients see that and then they end up booking.
  • I love the option where clients can add on items allowing us to upsell and for the client to not feel forced.
Because the mobile app could be better. Desktop is amazing. I love that I can see everything by sections including request, quotes, jobs and invoices. Makes it all organized.
Square only allows for scheduling to one person. And my team couldn’t see their schedules. As a cleaning company, I need to let cleaners know what their pay is without them seeing what I’m charging. That’s game changer about Kobber.

Jobber has been a game changer for my company. I used to use over 3-4 platforms to do everything, making my life a living mess.
Now, jobber does it all. Most importantly being able to take cards on files, making everything automated and easy to run my cleaning company. I love it.
