Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Overall, the tool is good, but it has room for improvement. (1) Generating analytical information; simply providing a graph isn't enough. We need a graph that compares an entire team. (2) Responses are limited to Employee Central; you can't include additional information from my organization. (3) Each employee have a lot of questions but the tool response closely.

Pros

The charts displayed by this tool are basic. There are now tools with better analytical visuals, for example, Microsoft Power BI.
It only gives you answers from Employee Central, it doesn't relate them to company policies.

Usability

The current usage in my organization is good, but it could be better if it had more personalized responses, recommendations from within Joule itself regarding absences, tax calculations, viewing the Employee Central Payroll payslip, generating employment documents, displaying organizational chart details, and accessing position history, self service by the employee.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

You can ask CoPilot for any information, and it helps you interpret and recommend relevant information. In our organization, we've used it to help employees even draft emails. Nowadays, tools need to be multifunctional, not just perform a single task. If they only do one thing, they lose their appeal.

If you compare it to other artificial intelligence tools, when it provides an answer, it only responds to the query; it doesn't offer recommendations or provide interactive responses. For example, when you inquire about absence, it might manage vacation requests for a specific day, but it won't recommend a day that includes a public holiday.
