Overall Satisfaction with Joule

Phase zero- implementation phase for discovery for different customer embarking on public cloud journey or even private Rise contract- we use Joule to tailor use cases and scope/solution recommendation.

Pros

  • step by step guide

Cons

  • Avoid Context mix up Public vs Private solution feature
  • Avoid confusing answer for ECC vs On premise vs cloud configuration steps and solution FPS versions
  • Missing multimodal answer that shows screenshots along with steps text
  • 15% reduced time to research
  • Quick RFP and Blue printing- saving at least 20% time
  • Authentic reference of SAP documents that could help faster client query response
It needs to enable multimodal response- that will be real gamechanger - easy to follow by large pool of SAP user community/client's IT team- that can bring more traction for large scale adoption
It needs separate tab for ECC / S4 on prem/ Private/ Public cloud Q&A
It needs a feature to get deterministic /hold context /industry persona/long-term memory like spacebar (configurable)
faster on demand Q/A for Joule and can go up to greater depth on a topic.

old contextual memory/persona - long term basis also across chat?
