Overall Satisfaction with Joule
Slow access to insight and dependency on technical team are two problem this product address in the organization. In term of scope, our use case is focused in internal users and insight driven scenario rather than automation, Joule is mainly used for decision support, Quick checks on KPI's and trend explanation.
Pros
- Very good at answering what changed and why.
- Reduce the need of IT support for routine queries
- Helps by delivering Concise and contextual insights
Cons
- Joule is very well with high level insights and explanation but I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to complex, multi step analysis.
- I haven't noticed anything else.
- Joule has had positive impact to the business by increasing the productivity and speed.
- It reduces the time of accessing and interpreting data
- Very good for Non technical and occasional users.
I’ve evaluated and used other AI assistants such as Microsoft CoPilot and general purpose tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. While those tools are powerful, they are more generic and often require additional context or customization to be truly useful in enterprise workflows. Where as Joule felt different because it is directly integrated to SAP Ecosystem.
