Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Joule will help my company deliver more efficient, agile consulting services. We will be using Joule for Consultants. We like that SAP uses AI with the assurance that none of our customers' data will be leaked. We find SAP Joule's knowledge database incredibly robust, offering a more accurate solution for our day-to-day operations.

Usability

SAP Joule for consultants is only for that: to help the consultant team. The team can provide a faster, better response from SAP Joule instead of going to SAP for me. I saw that in SAP you have good filters, such as Support Package and module; these are not available in SAP for Joule unless you add them to your initial prompt. If you missed them, you may have a wrong answer or invalid solutions. Same for configuration assistance.

SAP Joule has all these tools in one; it's like a Swiss Army knife for information and knowledge. For us as consultants, it helps us quickly identify the possibilities we can offer, enabling agile, accurate solutions for our customers. Similarly, it helps us better identify how to resolve an incident a customer is experiencing in their environment.

Likelihood to Recommend

SAP Joule is outstanding when you already identify the issue and have a precise understanding, and you can explain the scenarios very well. Input needs to be appropriate to have a better response. SAP Joule can provide good SAP Notes or configuration nodes. There is not a very good response when you have Short Dumps or generic error messages. SAP Joule can help, but it is a Consultant copilot, not another consultant.
