Overall Satisfaction with Joule

It allows us to learn, move forward and provide knowledge transfer instantaneously. Since it acts as an virtual assistant, newly onboarded employees use it to gain knowledge and test something out. Therefore, it gives more clarity to the required functionalities and less supervision when we train and provide onboarding activities. Furthermore, the seasoned consultants allow quick verification especially for presales, it automatically instructs and provide scenarios more importantly that will help us validate items within the environment.

Pros

  • Instructing the right way of doing functionalities for e.g. creation of PR
  • pinpoints the exact PR and provide insightful information about it, which allows procurement processors to do the next step
  • provides thing to watch for in your tasks, for e.g. quickly address PO floating issues by navigating and showing the other partial items that are not GRed.

Cons

  • user interface - the first version was a little bit unrecognizable now it gets your attention through a more detailed and edgy icon.
  • the chatbox where the communication happen is now more responsive compared before, for e.g. waiting icons, progress, typing in smoother and it allows you to free navigate directly.
  • Sometimes, consultants tend to heavily rely on it. It should be a parallel way of learning not a total change of studying and trying things out. For e.g. consultants still need to understand how it really works by checking demos, studying on their own and seeing it from someone who's experience.
  • It should act as another way of validation since sometimes the items are not that accurate, it would still better have someone who's senior to validate items. However, in case of no choice situation, definitely it can act as temporary or alternative way of validation.
the user interface are now improved in terms of recognizability and utilization. The popups are now smoother, and colors that it uses to show importance of the feature does standout now. It compliments with the Quartz theme of SAP S/4. It somehow gives the expression of you can "easily-use-me-to-help-you".

2. Deeply check and validate certain processes. (Presales - Solarch)
3. Find issues and gain insights about it, Joule's suggest what would be the best course of action to take in order to reach the goal. (Senior Consultants).
