Overall Satisfaction with Junxure
Junxure is being used by our entire organization as the main source of information. This includes projects and follow-up, client data, emails (both client and interoffice), status of projects, mass client notification emails, and documents. We also have integrated with many other platforms to allow us to use Junxure as our hub or main source of data.
- Integrations - We have had wonderful success with our integrations like Riskalyze, Orion, Schwab, MGP, and Office 365! We are able to see client data right when we log in. Instead of using more than one tool.
- User-friendly tools and website- Junxure's site is very easy to navigate and their support tools and support team is wonderful if you have questions.
- Automating repetative tasks- You are able to create awesome workflows through Junxure and then monitor their progress. You are also able to alert fellow employees on the status of a task without sending an email or chat.
- Office 365 Integration Email Feature-We also use Junxure to quickly click and convert an email into a task so our Inboxes in Outlook can be cleared daily! This is one of my favorite tools!
- I would like to see Junxure give you the ability to change due dates of task in bulk.
- Junxure has delivered! They continually strive to make their product better and to help you in any way they can.
- They also take suggestions for future releases.
- Junxure is well worth the expense due to the number of hours saved by the company and being able to see, at any moment, which tasks each employee has.
- Our objective was to make one place where everyone could go to get information instead of using numerous applications.

Junxure is great for any office just for tracking and transparency alone! I think the earlier you start using it in your business the better. This will create good habits for the employees to start using Junxure instead of their email and chat features. These take up so much time. Time equals money! This also allows you to see the status of any project or client without having to contact fellow employees. You can even see their email correspondence, therefore, if someone is sick you do not have to call them to find out what is going on with that particular client or task.
1 - Our representative is good at troubleshooting issues and set up Junxure. This enables her to find issues quickly or know who to contact.
