Overall Satisfaction with Kareo Medical Billing

We have been using Kareo Medical Billing at [...] since we went to electronic medical billing over 10 years ago and we couldn't be happier! Their customer service is excellent and everyone we have talked to is friendly and easy to understand! The wait time on hold is minimal and all of our questions have always been answered!

Kareo Medical Billing is very user friendly and the support they provide allows users to get their questions answered quickly and efficiently. The wait time to receive help is usually pretty good and most of the time we can ger our questions answered. We have found that is the tech help is unable to answer our question, they will attempt to find a colleague who is able to help!
We have enjoyed Kareo Medical Billing so much that we haven't had a reason to investigate another product!

Kareo Medical Billing has met all the needs of my clinic, Progressive Physical Therapy. My office manager does all my billing and she has been extremely satisfied with Kareo Medical Billing. She raves about the customer service and she spends very little time on hold when she does call them with questions. The Kareo Medical Billing support staff in very friendly and well trained!
