Keap is being used firm-wide by every employee as a way to track, categorize, and follow up with each and every potential client who contacts our firm. Having this information allows us to track sales goals and client conversions, and track which advertising campaigns are working for us and which aren't.
- Track volume of incoming leads
- Track quality of incoming leads
- Apply an email drip-campaign to incoming leads
- Keap's user interface feels a bit dated compared to other software
- There is some technical jargon that creates a very small barrier of entry for new users
- Keap's follow up system doesn't account for weekends and holidays
- Keap's email drip-campaign alone has converted clients in the past
- Keap's lead scoring has helped us determine which advertising campaigns to keep and which to axe
- Small technical errors have caused duplicate profiles to be created, causing minor confusion with lead follow up
Our firm also uses Clio for our active clients. Compared to Keap, Clio has a much sleeker user interface, and as such, presents itself as less intimidating to new employees who are getting acquainted with the software. There is definitely room for improvement for Keap to have a more streamlined, modern appearance.
