Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)

We are mainly marketing our Chronic Inflammation Test to different types of audiences: consumers, practitioners, and product providers. We needed a quicker way to maintain each type and specialize emails to their needs. Being able to track each email has been quite a helpful tool in organizing necessary contact with our email lists.

It has been very easy to keep up with past contacts and arrange them in categories that are useful to that audience. We are also able to automate numerous emails by sending one. Keap allows us to send one email, and another is sent in a day or two (unless the contact has not opened/responded-also delineated by the user). The automation is great and keeps our time to a minimum.
