Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

We use Keepit to backup our office 365 cloudservices. All our exchange services are backupped by Keepit. All our Sharepoint servies are backupped by Keepit. All our onedrive are backupped by Keepit.

Pros

  • Backup cloudservices
  • Have an API interface

Cons

  • Provide API documentation for powershell scripting
  • no investment in local backup storage
IT is helpfull for disaster recovery. We have several level of backup and Keepit is the disaster recovery backup.
Easy interface for monitoring the backups and activating restores.

Robust backup services. Very friendly and helpfull support. They have their own support, not like some vendors where you need to contact a third party vendor to help you.
