Overall Satisfaction with Kenshoo Infinity Suite
Kenshoo Infinity Suite is being used by the department managing the search engine marketing initiatives for a number of client accounts. Kenshoo Search specifically allows teams to manage multiple vendor/engine accounts within a single platform, streamlines reporting and improves the efficiency in the day-to-day management and execution of paid search campaigns.
- "Advanced search" is an excellent feature that is frequently used to execute on optimization best practices.
- Robust reporting options.
- Clean UI; user-friendly/easy to navigate.
- The desktop application, Kenshoo Editor could use an overhaul. Newly created campaigns often do not sync with the engines.
- Kenshoo helps us achieve our client's target ROI as their bidding algorithm seems to be more sophisticated than what we've seen with competing products such as Marin and DoubleClick.
- Cross Platform tests have been conducted (on a smaller scale) to assess ease of management and ROAS driven by automated bid policies between Kenshoo, Marin, and DS. Kenshoo provided the best net positive ROAS results but scored less favorably in terms of ease of use/user adoption.
Some features of Kenshoo outshine other solutions we've evaluated. Kenshoo Infinity Suite is a great product for multi-channel management but overall is less favorable especially from a pricing perspective. We've transitioned several client accounts from Kenshoo to DoubleClick for a more competitive rate advantage. DoubleClick's ability to integrate seamlessly with Google Analytics is also an advantage it has over Kenshoo.
