Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

We use it daily. It's essential for us to stay in contact with our clients and resolve their matters, and Khoros gives us the possibility to do so. Even though some content and features may be missing, Khoros works fine in over-all and would suit any kind of business.

  • Planification.
  • Intra-organizational cohesion.
  • Stories and some additional features to be implemented.
  • Less technical issues on a weekly basis.
  • Quicker response rate.
  • Better client satisfaction.
  • More press opportunities.
Because, it worked fine till now. Switching of marketing tools can be very unpleasant inside an organization of any kind.
Khoros suggests many features that help the tool scale with the company's growth.
I didn't get to experiment with the implementation phase, but it sounded smooth every time I heard about it!
It responds to a different kind of service proposal. It works well too. Couldn't say more about since I haven't tried any other kind of tool that was designed for the same purpose.

If you have a great business, in the middle of expansion. Khoros will help you organize your social media efforts and respond quickly to different intereactions you may have with your followers and subscribers.
