A bit slow on manipulation, but great to have for any type of organization who wants to grow on social.
Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
We use it daily. It's essential for us to stay in contact with our clients and resolve their matters, and Khoros gives us the possibility to do so. Even though some content and features may be missing, Khoros works fine in over-all and would suit any kind of business.

It responds to a different kind of service proposal. It works well too. Couldn't say more about since I haven't tried any other kind of tool that was designed for the same purpose.
