Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

We use Khoros for all of our social media needs. From scheduling social media content, to social media analytics and campaign tools, Khoros is definitely our one stop shop for everything we do in social media. With around 8 different channels that we manage with a relatively small team, Khoros gives us the tools to quickly and efficiently manage all of our pages.

  • We have seen a much broader reach since using Khoros

We have not used other tools.
Khoros is well suited to larger companies that deal with many different channels and points of contact online. You can see analytics across all of your channels individually and combined, which can be useful in crafting a social media strategy across all channels. Although it has the functionality to post to social media channels, it doesn't quite have all of the toolsets of the social media apps, making posting natively still ultimately the best way to go.
