Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Khoros for all of our social media needs. From scheduling social media content, to social media analytics and campaign tools, Khoros is definitely our one stop shop for everything we do in social media. With around 8 different channels that we manage with a relatively small team, Khoros gives us the tools to quickly and efficiently manage all of our pages.

Customer Support

We have used the many tools that Khoros provides to get in-depth analysis on what our followers want to see from our pages. This has lead to an increase in followers across all of our channels, and in turn much more engagement with our content and product.

Brand Management with Khoros

We have not used Khoros for much external risk management, as we still are relying on native applications for that for the ease of use and instant reaction time.

I gave it a 9 because it has scaled well with our very slow growth.

Likelihood to Recommend

Khoros is well suited to larger companies that deal with many different channels and points of contact online. You can see analytics across all of your channels individually and combined, which can be useful in crafting a social media strategy across all channels. Although it has the functionality to post to social media channels, it doesn't quite have all of the toolsets of the social media apps, making posting natively still ultimately the best way to go.

Khoros is a decent one-stop-shop for social media needs
