Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

We use Khoros as our social media dashboard to schedule, post, and monitor our social channels as well as do reporting on a continual basis.

Pros

  • Reporting and Analytics are extremely easy to pull
  • Listening and responding with multiple users
  • Scheduling and organizing your content with tags

Cons

  • Competitive listening / intelligence tool is not intuitive
  • Have trouble with pulling some paid campaigns into analytics
  • Can get different answers from the support team when trying to resolve issues
  • improved management of organic and paid campaigns,
  • quickly address threats to your brand’s reputation.
  • Show detailed analytics of business objectives
We are able to monitor our brand’s social presence abd align strategy internally through analytics
spotting potentially damaging social mentions and following up quickly
I do think there are lots of opportunities to scale- but it does come at a cost
