Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

Khoros is our all-in-one social platform that allows us to manage our engagement and connections with our audience. We've used Khoros for almost two years now, having used Sprout beforehand. I much prefer the workflow planning options available in Khoros. With this platform, we can easily manage subtasks among team members. We are also big fans of being able to manage our paid and organic engagement intiatives within the same platform. Before, we found it difficult to decipher the reach and engagement we achieved between paid and organic, but Khoros makes it easy.

  • The scale that we achieve across channels using Khoros has been impressive.
  • Khoros' audience insights are very impressive and wide-spanning.
  • More explanation for beginner users -- perhaps some demo walkthroughs would be helpful for teams using Khoros for the first time.
  • Khoros has definitely improved our management of paid and organic campaigns.
We did engage with a customer service representative that helped us navigate Khoros when we first began using the platform. The customer service is great. We would definitely consider working with someone from the Khoros strategic team to plan strategy in the future.
We do not have a lot of experience with this particular topic.
I would rate a 7, as we were definitely impressed with the scalability. The breadth of supported platforms on Khoros adds to its adaptability. Being able to scale both inbound and outbound engagement is definitely a plus.

I would definitely recommend using Khoros for social platform management, particularly across cross-functional marketing teams. Being able to manage paid and organic campaigns within the same platform has been super helpful when it comes to integrating the content and customer marketing teams. The data that we are able to report from Khoros is much more streamlined.
